Educating our people is among the most important issues of today. Our education department plays a vital role in providing services to our members and their families. We are able to offer such services as Higher education assistance, vocational assistance, tutoring, back to school assistance and a grade incentive program. Graduations are largely celebrated within our tribe. An annual ceremony is held to recognize the achievements of the youth & graduating seniors.
The Jena Band of Choctaw Indians take pride and overwhelmingly support our children and our future leaders of tomorrow.
