Instructions for Submitting your Proposal:
Registration: Before submitting a bid, you must register as a vendor with the Tribe. This typically involves completing a vendor application form and providing relevant documentation such as business licenses, insurance certificates, and tax identification information.
Opportunity Review: Carefully review the project details, specifications, and all relevant documents provided in the bid package. Ensure you fully understand the scope of work, deadlines, and any specific requirements.
Bid Preparation: Prepare your bid proposal according to the instructions provided. Include all necessary information, such as:
Company Profile: A brief overview of your company and its qualifications.
Scope of Work: A detailed description of how you plan to approach the project.
Cost Breakdown: A clear and itemized breakdown of all costs associated with your bid.
Timeline: A realistic project timeline with key milestones.
References: Contact information for past clients who can attest to your work.
Bid Submission: Submit your bid through the designated channel as outlined in the bid package. This may involve online submission, email, or hand delivery. Ensure your bid is submitted before the stated deadline.
Bid Opening: Bid openings are typically public events where submitted bids are opened and read aloud. While attendance may not be mandatory, it offers an opportunity to witness the process and gain insights into competing bids.

Contract Negotiation and Execution: Once a bid is selected, the Tribe will negotiate the final contract terms with the successful bidder. Upon reaching an agreement, both parties will sign the contract, officially awarding the project.

All bids must be sealed and clearly marked with the project name and bid opening date.
The Tribe reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
