The frequency of text messages will vary depending on the nature of the information we are sharing. We will not send you an excessive number of messages. Message content may include tribal news, event announcements,  important updates, and opportunities to engage with tribal initiatives.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to text messages you send and receive. You are responsible for any such charges from your mobile carrier.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use the mobile phone number you provide to us. You are also responsible for any content you send to us via text message. You agree that any content you send will not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use our mobile text SMS campaign to:

• Send or transmit any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.

• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.   

• Send or transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation.   

• Engage in any other conduct that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law.

Privacy

Disclaimer of Warranties

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Jena Band of Choctaw Indians.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us with respect to our mobile text SMS campaign and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
