  • Once all proper documentation has been received, the Enrollment Department will formally request the DNA results from the Health Department

  • Upon receipt of ALL enrollment application documentation, the Membership Enrollment Specialists has twenty (20) business days to review all documentation

  • Once the enrollment application has been approved by the Membership Enrollment Specialist it will be turned over to the enrollment committee, which consists of 5 members

  • The committee has 20 business days to review and approve

  • Once the committee approves it will be turned over to the Tribal Chief and Council for final approval
