We would like to invite you to join us on October 13-14, 2023 for our 12th Annual Powwow in the Pines. Enclosed you will find the forms needed to secure one or more booths. The deadline to return these forms is September 1, 2023.

On Friday, October 13th, vendors may begin setting up their booths between 9AM-3PM, with all vehicles off of the grounds by 3PM. On Saturday, October 14th, vendors may set up between 9AM-10AM, with all vehicles off of the grounds by 10AM.
